Also known as the Iron Goddess Of Mercy, the Anxi Tie Guan Yin is an excellent introduction to the wonderful world of the Wulong tea family. 

The first sip is bright and fresh full of floral and exotic fruit notes. Then a natural sweetness feeling, lightly buttery which lingers in the mouth. 

Processed in the traditional Taiwanese method of tight rolled leafs.

From the Anxi region in Fujian, southeastern China. Oolong/ Wulong

Brewing instruction. Use 1tps (3g) for 250-300ml of water (tea pot) at 95°C (203F)

Best Goddess of Mercy Tea I have had!

I have tried so many brands and was disappointed, so I had high expectations. This tea exceeded them all! In fact I need to order more!

Favorite of the oolongs

Tried all the oolong's thought this one was actually my favorite. Sweet, smooth, floral taste, lovely without adding anything
